I want to drop this note to say "Thank You" to Kevin and the other staff of Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg. When my uncle passed away unexpectedly and they came to the hospital to pick up his body they were so nice. From that point on Kevin was so attentive to our needs and making sure everything was done above and beyond our expectations. Everyone on staff was so professional and we could not have been happier with the service, services, and follow-up we received. They made this very stressful and unexpected time much easier for all of us.

The people at Erman Smith Funeral Home did a wonderful job helping me during the loss of my father, Earl Richardson, Jr. Heather was very helpful with telling me about the VA and the flag and footstone that they supplied for us. Daddy would have been so proud of the flag! He was very patriotic and served his country in the Army Signal Corps during World War II! The footstone is also very nice at his grave. Kevin was also great with helping with the service, as were Harold and Shawn Kennington. It was a beautiful service and really honored my wonderful father! Heather and Harold were so nice when they came the morning of Daddy's passing and helped with getting everything organized.
