Shirley Lavella Cook

Graveside services for Shirley Lavella Cook, 83, of Fort Worth (formerly of Pittsburg) will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at Clearwater Cemetery in Franklin County with Pastor David Jackson officiating. Interment will be in Clearwater Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home.  Mrs. Cook passed away, Saturday, February 22, 2020 in Watauga, TX.

Mrs. Cook was born December 30, 1936 in Dayton, Ohio.  She was a retired accountant for the Texas Rangers Ballpark and a member of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her son, Stephen Glyn Cook and wife, Susan of Aubrey, TX; daughter, Lisa Renee’ Cook Ross of Fort Worth; brother, Jack Littler, Jr.; grandchildren, Brandon Ross, Joshua Cook, Jessica Cook Lumpkin; great-grandchildren, Adam Lumpkin and Aiden Lumpkin; and special friend, Jean Hardeman.

Ms. Cook is preceded in death by her husband, Glyn Cook; and brother, Norman Becker.

There will be no visitation.
