Sharon Lonzetta (Gibbons) Gaston

Funeral services for Lonzetta Gaston, 74, of Pittsburg, will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Jeff Dungan officiating.  Interment will be in Matinburg Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home.  Mrs. Gaston passed away Thursday, March 30, 2023, in a Pittsburg hospital.

Mrs. Gaston was born December 9, 1948, in Pittsburg to Lonza Adam “Putty” and Marthena Elizabeth Tucker Gibbons.  She was a retired secretary for Dr. Coldsnow, worked for East Texas Medical Center (ETMC), and was a member of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her son, Greg Gaston of Richardson; daughter Stephanie Gaston of Pittsburg; brother Bobby Joe Gibbons and wife, Dianne; and two grandchildren, Grayson and Eli

Mrs. Gaston was preceded in death by her parents.

Pallbearers will be Bo Tucker, William Mitchell, Brett Gibbons, Rene Ledezma, Kenny Southwell, and Jo Jo Henderson.

Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel.
