Graveside service for Ruben Angel Lopez, 53, of Pittsburg will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, February 12, 2021 at Rose Hill Cemetery with Father Juan Carlos officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg. Mr. Angel passed away Tuesday, February 9, 2021 at a Pittsburg hospital.

Mr. Angel was born March 28, 1967 in Apaseo El Grande, Guanajuato, Mexico to Pedro Angel and Claudia Lopez Puga. Mr. Lopez was farm worker and a member of the Catholic faith.

He is survived by his sister, Maria Rosa Angel and husband, Raul Acosta; nephews, Dagoberto Acosta Angel, Raul Acosta, Jr., Ramiro Acosta Angel, Jose Guadalupe Acosta Angel, Luis F Acosta Angel; nieces, Leticia Acosta Angel, Araceli Acosta Angel, and Patricia Acosta Angel.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

No formal visitation is scheduled.
