When my Dad, William H Tallman, was dying in 2010, Rick Jones called me. I didn't know who he was other than, what my dad so affectionally called one of his "Army Buddies," which meant that he was a fellow member of the 199th LIB,  I never got to meet Rick, and that was the only time I spoke to him, but the call has lasted with me to this day. The brotherhood of the 199th can't be described, but it was FELT in that phone call from one brother, to a dying brother's son. Thank you again Rick for that call, I'll never forget it.   Thank you for you service, and rest in peace.   My sincere condolences to the family.
