Richard Manley, age 79, of Pittsburg, Texas passed away at his home on Tuesday, December 29, 2020. He was born August 28, 1941 in Pittsburg to Charlie and Allie Williams Manley.
Mr. Manley was a member of Eaves Tabernacle Baptist Church and was also a butcher for most of his life.
Mr. Manley is survived by his wife of 59 years, Kaye Manley of Pittsburg; daughters, Brenda Manley Wesner of Longview, Sara Manley of White Salmon, Washington, and Paula Manley Johnston of Silsbee; grandchildren, Tiffany Brummell Lee, Cory Brummell and Cody Johnston; great-grandchildren, Brian Kennemer, Allana Kennemer, Levi Lee, Zachary Lee, Rebecca Lee, and Tate Brummell; brother Fred Manley of Mineola; and sister, Shirley Manley Simms of Pittsburg.
Mr. Manley is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Allie Williams Manley; grandson, Brandon Kennemer; great granddaughter, Kaitlyn Lee; and brothers Doyle Manley, James Manley, and AJ Manley;
Graveside services for Richard Manley will be 10:00 AM Friday, January 1, 2021 at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Upshur County with Bros. Terry Smith and Ken Manley officiating. The family will receive friends from 9:00 A.M. until service time at the cemetery. Pallbearers will be Cory Brummell, Michael Lee, Tommy Searcy, Randy Johnston, Ken Lindley, and Andy Wesner. Honorary Pallbearers will be Levi Lee, Zachary lee, Tate Brummell, Brian Kennemer, and Cody Johnston.
