Private Graveside service for Rachel Duke, 84, of Pittsburg was held Monday, April 27, 2020 at Macedonia Cemetery in Pittsburg with Bro. Thomas Ream officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home. Mrs. Duke passed away, Friday, April 24, 2020 in a Mt. Pleasant nursing home.

Mrs. Duke was born November 5, 1935 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Charlie Louis and Mary Corrine Holland Jackson. She was a member of the First Assembly of God in Pittsburg and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her sons, Charles Simmons, Phillip Simmons and wife Sharon, and Frank Duke; six grandchildren, and eleven great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Duke is preceded in death by her, husband Frank Duke; her parents; and her daughter, Mary Susan Duke.

No formal visitation was scheduled.
