Ms. Mickey Jean Kimbell, age 79 of Pittsburg, passed away on Friday September 3, 2021 in Pittsburg. She was born August 30, 1942 to Michael Pearson, Sr. and Madge Arnold Pearson in Galvaston, Texas.
She served in the United States Navy. She was a homemaker, and a member of Eaves Tabernacle Baptist Church in Leesburg.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Kimbell and wife Sofia of Longview; daughter, Cindy Cox and husband Mike of Pittsburg; grandchildren, Carlin Cox and wife Jordan, Cameron Cox, Tessa White and husband Scott, Derek Kimbell, and Clark Kimbell; great-grandchildren, Hudson White and Holden White; brother, Michael Pearson, Jr. and wife Marta; and sisters, Carol Nicholson, and Betty Gardner.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Kimbell; her parents, Michael Pearson, Sr. and Madge Arnold Pearson; and a grandson, Nicholas Dunavant.
Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, September 5, 2021 at the Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Ken Manley officiating. Interment will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Pittsburg. Pallbearers will be Carlin Cox, Cameron cox, Scott White, Derek Kimbell, Kenneth Kimbell, and Mike Cox. There will be a visitation before the service beginning at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
