Michael Steven Valdez

Michael Steven Valdez, 58, of Pittsburg, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2024, in a Mt. Pleasant hospital. Cremation arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home.  A memorial service will be held at a later date.

Mr. Valdez was born on June 21, 1965, in Whittier, California, to Manual and Delphine Ramirez Valdez.

He is survived by his mother, Delphine Ramirez; brother, Jose Torres; sisters, Pamela Johnson, Margo McCardell, Delphine Torres, and Elia Torres; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews; and nephew, John Johnson.

No formal visitation is scheduled.
