Melvin E. Brown

Graveside service for Melvin E. Brown, 60, of Pittsburg will be 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at Ebenezer Cemetery in Camp County with Johnny Blankenship officiating.  Interment will be in Ebenezer Cemetery in Camp County.  Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg.  Mr. Brown passed away Monday, October 25, 2021, at his residence.

Mr. Brown was born February 11, 1961, in Dayton, TX to Robert Elliot and Grace Lee O’Banion Brown.  He was an auto mechanic and a member of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his brothers, J.D. Brown and Douglas Brown; sisters, Vivian Sholar Blankenship and husband, Johnny, and Theresa Zanzen.

Mr. Brown is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Richard Wayne Brown, Elvin Brown and Clayton Brown; sister, Vela Jean Martin.
