LaNell Weesner Bradshaw

Mrs. LaNell Weesner Bradshaw, age 77, of Pittsburg, passed away on Sunday, July 6, 2025 in Tyler. She was born August 10, 1947 to Odis Terry Weesner, Sr. and Charlie Ruth Doak Weesner.

Mrs. Bradshaw worked in Education for 35 years, 25 of those years being with Pittsburg ISD, and ten years being with Lake City ISD in Lake City, Colorado, where she taught Biology and Science. She also served on the Pittsburg City Council and she was a member of First United Methodist Church in Pittsburg.

Mrs. Bradshaw is survived by her husband, James H. Bradshaw; step-daughter, Sherry Holmes and husband Jerry and family; brothers, Terry Weesner, and Charles Weesner and wife Jan; along with a host of nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents, Odis Weesner, Sr. and Charlie Ruth Doak Weesner; and her sister, Rhoda Marie Zientek.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at the Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Pittsburg with Bro. Kyle Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Macedonia Cemetery in Camp County. Pallbearers will be Richard Bradshaw, Jay Honzell, Freddy Celaya, Michael Weesner, Mark Bradshaw, and Butch Bradshaw. There will be a visitation held before the service beginning at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
