Kandy Lynn Murphy

Ms. Kandy Lynn Murphy, age 65, of Pittsburg passed away on Monday, May 31, 2021 in Pittsburg. She was born May 9, 1956 to Paul David Nelson and Faye Collinsworth Kelley in Dallas, Texas.

Ms. Murphy was retired from Hotsy Equipment where she was the Office Manager and was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Pittsburg.

She is survived by her three sons, David Alan Murphy, Jr., Andrew Hayden Murphy, and Willie Murphy III; grandchildren, McKayla Murphy, Marisa Murphy, Chloe Murphy, David Alan Murphy III, and Elijah Murphy; siblings, Mark Nelson and wife Karen, Terri Bohannon and husband Ken, Kris Sallee and husband David, Keith Kelley and wife Shannon; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, David Alan Murphy; dad, Paul David Nelson; and sisters, Paula Stagner, and Beverly Kelley.

Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, June 4, 2021 at Macedonia Cemetery in Pittsburg with Bro. Kyle Smith officiating. There will be a visitation from 6:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at the Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel.
