Jimmy Jones

Mr. Jimmy Jones, age 82, of Mt. Pleasant, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 5, 2021 in Pittsburg. He was born January 14, 1939 to Hershall and Beverly Senn Jones in Cason, Texas.

He was a retired from Sandlin Motors where he worked as the Business Manager, and was a member of St. Andrew United Methodist Church in Mt. Pleasant. He was a beloved Grandpa who loved all of his grandchildren very much.

He is survived by his wife, Melba Jones; daughter, Connie Jones; son, Jay Jones; grandchildren, Tanner Jones, Brayden Jones, and Ava Jones; and a brother, Bobby Jones.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and a brother, Jack Jones.

A family led Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at St. Andrew United Methodist Church 2019 N. Edwards Ave. Mt. Pleasant, Texas. There will be a reception following the service at the church.
