Fernando Netro

Funeral service for Fernando Netro, 61, of Pittsburg, Texas will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, May 28, 2021 at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Pittsburg with Pastor Jorge Hariv Rodriguez officiating.  Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Pittsburg.  Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg.  Mr. Netro passed away Saturday, May 22, 2021 in a Dallas hospital.

Mr. Netro was born May 30, 1959 in LaCanada, Rayon, S.L.P., Mexico to Rafael Netro Cruz and Cristina Duenez.  He was retired from Pilgrim’s Pride after 20 plus years and was a Christian.

He is survived by his sons, Mario Netro, Marcos Netro, Mariano Netro and Fernando Netro, II; daughters, Christina Netro and Yolanda Contreras; brothers, Noverto Netro, Roman Netro, Rafael Netro, Zeferino Netro, and Juan Netro; grandchildren, Miguelangel Contreras, Julian Contreras, Mia Contreras, Zachariah Netro, Jeremiah Netro; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mr. Netro is preceded in death by his wife, Maria Elena Netro; parents; sister, Lucina Netro; and brother, Roberto Netro.

Pallbearers will be Mario Netro, Marcos Netro, Mariano Netro, Fernando Netro, II, Rasheed Jordan, and Angel Contreras.

Visitation will be from 6:00 p.m., to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, May 27, 2021 Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel.

The family request everyone attending the visitation and chapel service to please wear a face mask.
