Dollie Louise (Moore) Nichols

Graveside services for Dollie Louise Nichols, 94, of Leesburg, will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Leesburg Cemetery with Ricky Moss, officiating.  Interment will be in Leesburg Cemetery.  Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home.  Mrs. Nichols passed away Monday, December 11, 2023, in a Pittsburg nursing home.

Mrs. Nichols was born August 14, 1929, in Dierks, Arkansas to Acel and Mary Elizabeth Hudleston Moore.  She retired from Pilgrim’s Pride, was a homemaker, and a member of Evaes Tabernacle Church.

She is survived by her sons, Ricky Nichols and wife, Trevia, Larry Nichols, and Jody Nichols and wife, Tina; daughter, Teresa Lucas; and 15 – grandchildren, 29 – great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Nichols is preceded in death by her husband, Delbert Lee Nichols; son, Edward Lee Nichols; and her parents.

Pallbearers will be Jeremy Warren, Jody Nichols, J.L. Nichols, Steven Nichols, Samuel Nichols, and Tiffany Cagle.

Visitation will be from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m., Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Erman Smith Funeral Home.
