Curtis Eugene Morgan

Funeral services for Curtis Eugene Morgan, 80, of Leesburg, will be at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 1, 2023, at Crossroads Baptist Church in Crossroads, Arkansas with Bro. Benny Ramey officiating.  The interment will be in the Campground Cemetery in Winthrop, Arkansas.  Arrangements are under the direction of Erman Smith Funeral Home.  Mr. Morgan passed away Thursday, July 27, 2023, in a Tyler hospital surrounded by his family.

Mr. Morgan was born December 21, 1942, in Foreman, Arkansas to Joseph Ace and Alberta Galloway Morgan.  He retired from construction industry as a Pipe Superintendent and a faithful member of Pineview Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Cindy Morgan of Leesburg; sons, Willie Morgan and wife, Tina of Leesburg, and Keith Morgan and wife, Mary of Scroggins; grandchildren, Chassity, Travis, Sara, and Kayln; sister, Jane Davis.

Mr. Morgan was preceded in death by his first wife, Dorothy Morgan; son, Randy Morgan; parents, Joseph Ace and Alberta Galloway Morgan; brother, Billy Joe Morgan; sisters, Betty Jean Kennedy, Mary Ellen Gorman, Effie Rogers, Judy Davis.

Pallbearers will be James Cody, Tony Cody, Travis Morgan, Floyd Pool, Jerry Lynn Tucker, and Brad Brenton.

Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday, July 31, 2023, at Erman Smith Funeral Home in Pittsburg.
