Carol Ann McCarty

Carol Ann McCarty of Pittsburg was born February 28, 1942, in Potter County, Texas, and passed away in Tyler on November 28, 2023.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Pittsburg.

Mrs. McCarty is survived by her sons, Chris Pollard and his wife Kim of Blodgett and Kerry Pollard and his wife Lauren of Dallas; grandchildren, Ashley, Kristina, Michael, and Anna; great grandchildren, William. Max, Lilly, Emmie, and Christopher; brothers Joe Campbell and John Campbell.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Ruth Virginia Farley Campbell; husband, Richard McCarty; siblings Katherine Campbell and Kevin Campbell.

Visitation will be at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday. December 2, 2023, at Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Pittsburg, Texas with services to follow at 12:00 P.M. A private burial will be held at Concord Cemetery in Wood County.
