C.W. Kent

Mr. C.W. Kent, age 86 of Leesburg, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2023 in Tyler, Texas. He was born July 14, 1937 to Cameral and Bertha Neigle Kent in Hillsboro, Texas.

Mr. Kent served in the United States Army, and was a retired Electrical Journeyman.  

He is survived by his children, Cam Kent II and wife Chasity, James Garrison and wife Frankie; daughters, Shannon Sims, Tina Nichols and husband Jody, Renee Kent, Yvette Menard and husband Michael, and Lynette Smith; sixteen grandchildren, twenty five great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Earline Goethe and Dorothy Baca and husband Leonard.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Pauline Daffern Kent; his parents; two brothers and two sisters.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Leesburg Cemetery in Leesburg, Texas with Bro. Randy Stewart officiating. Pallbearers will be Cam Kent II, Jody Nichols, James Garrison, Matthew Sims, Jody Nichols II, and Mike Menard. There will be a visitation held before the service from 12:00 P.M. till 1:30 P.M. at the Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Pittsburg.
