Billy "Bill" Royce Pilgrim

Graveside services for Mr. Billy "Bill" Royce Pilgrim, age 73, of Pittsburg will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, May 15, 2021 at Concord Cemetery in Omaha with Nolan Rickey officiating.  Interment will be in Concord Cemetery in Omaha.  Mr. Pilgrim passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 in Tyler.

He was born December 11, 1947 to John Hiller and Mary Eloise Williams Pilgrim in Waco, Texas.  Mr. Pilgrim was a retired truck driver, he worked for Pilgrim’s Pride for 39 years. Mr. Pilgrim loved to tell anyone that would listen that his daughter was the apple of his eye and she was his reason for living, he enjoyed going to eat with her every Friday night at LaFinca in Gilmer. He was a Baptist.

Mr. Pilgrim is survived by his daughter, April Pilgrim Baldwin of Pittsburg; and brothers, Johnny Pilgrim and wife Diane of Mustang, Ok and Larry Pilgrim and wife Sherry of Amarillo; sister-in-law, Sharon Pilgrim of Pittsburg; along with a niece and several nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Gary Lynn Pilgrim, Sr.
