Mrs. Beverly Burns Sinclair, age 80, of Pittsburg, passed away on Friday, March 20, 2026 in Longview surrounded by her family. She was born April 3, 1945 to Robert and Mamie Moss Goodson in Hughes Springs, Texas.
Beverly enjoyed doing many things, including line dancing, clogging, and square dancing with the Mineola Railers. She loved listening to music, and was always on the go. She was a member of The Pittsburg Chapter of the Order of The Eastern Star. She was retired from Pilgrims Bank formerly 1st State Bank of Pittsburg, where she worked for 20 plus years. Her kids and her grandkids were her world, she will be missed dearly by her family.
She is survived by her children; Kim Pilgrim Nix and husband Mark; Kendal Burns and wife BuLinda, Kyle Burns and wife Tina; grandchildren, Clayton Pilgrim and wife Kristy, Blevin Burns and wife Vanessa, Bryce Burns and wife Avery, Kole Burns and fiancé Emily; great-grandchildren, Caroline Pilgrim, Wyatt Pilgrim, Brayson Burns, Brayley Burns; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Sinclair; both of her parents, Robert and Mamie Moss Goodson; and her siblings, Raylene Beauchamp, Mary Nix, and Robert Goodson.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, March 23, 2026 at the Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Harold Kennington officiating. Interment will follow at the Hughes Springs Cemetery in Hughes Springs, Texas. Those serving as pallbearers will be Clayton Pilgrim, Blevin Burns, Bryce Burns, Kole Burns, Jimmy Goodson, Dennis Hammond, and Dennis Nix. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bruce Folk, Rex Tillery, and Gerald Green. There will be a visitation held Sunday, March 22, 2026 from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
