Betty June Smith

Mrs. Betty June Smith, age 85, of Pittsburg, passed away on Wednesday August 14, 2024. She was born May 31, 1939 to Clarence and Lillie Land Davis in Pittsburg, Texas.

Mrs. Smith was retired from Pittsburg National Bank, and a member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. She lived in the Piney Grove Community and the people in the community were very important to her. She was a loving mother, and grandmother, the memories she leaves behind are many and the laughter is abundant, we will miss her dearly.

She is survived by her daughter, Kimberly Whatley Pittman and her husband Doug; granddaughters, Leah Perry and husband Cody, and Lily Floyd and husband Tyler; great-grandson, Walker Brooks Perry; brothers, Tilman Davis and wife Tana, and Ronnie Davis and wife Shirley; along with many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by both of her parents, Clarence Davis and Lillie Land Heartfield; and her sister, Joyce M. Springs.

Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday August 18, 2024 at Piney Grove Baptist Church in Pittsburg.
