Arnold Edwin Plumlee

Mr. Arnold Edwin Plumlee, age 90, of Pittsburg, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2021 in Mt. Pleasant. He was born August 16, 1930 to Gilbert and Swann Hilda Nelson Plumlee in Nashville, Arkansas.

He was retired from Lone Star Gas and was a Baptist.

He is survived by his grandchildren, Jennifer Oliveira and husband Joe, and Michael Goode, great-grandchildren, Whitney Marquez, Kyra Broadway, and Tristan Oliveira, brothers, Alvie Plumlee, Raymond Plumlee, and Wayne Plumlee, sisters, Loretta Lowe, Joy Fitzgerald, Bonnie York, and Annie McKinney, and sister-in-laws, Fern Smith and Sonya Smith.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Imogene Smith Plumlee, his parents, and a daughter, Vickie Goode.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the Erman Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Pittsburg with Bro. James Spradlin officiating. Interment will follow at  Macedonia Cemetery in Pittsburg. There will be a visitation before the service beginning at 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
