Anita Kay Warren, 77, of Pittsburg, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at a Pittsburg hospital.
Anita was born on December 24, 1948, in Longview, Texas, to Dr. Wilmer Eugene Parrish and Esther Elenora Standley Parrish. She was a devoted member of Living Word Church and was known for her strong faith, kind heart, and deep love for her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, John Parrish; her husband, Jesse Warren; and grandson Shawnan Kay.
Anita is survived by her son, John Stockstill of Pittsburg; her daughters, Kelly Newman of Hallsville, Debra Kay of Pittsburg, and Kimberlea Rogers of Hallsville. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride.
She is also survived by her brothers, Wilmer “Bill” Parrish Jr. of Arkansas and Tom Parrish of San Antonio; her sisters, Kathy Parker of Pittsburg and Mary Magowan of Scotland; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will cherish her memory.
A celebration of Anita's life will be held at a later date.
